Shipping Policy

At Ibhanan Namah, we are committed to making traditional celebrations more accessible, sustainable, and convenient. We currently offer nationwide shipping (PAN India) for selected items, while other items are restricted due to feasibility and product nature.

 

📍 Serviceable Locations:

 

• Shadu Mitti Products & DIY Kits:

  Shipped across PAN India.

• Ganpati Murtis:

  Shipped only within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai areas.

 

Please do not place orders for Ganpati Murtis if you reside outside of Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.

We reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice.

 

⛔ Orders Outside Delivery Zone:

• • Cancelled automatically in case of COD.

  • Refunded in full in case of prepaid payment.

    If your order includes a non-serviceable item, such as Ganpati Murti to an out-of-zone address, the order will be:

     

 

📦 Order Processing Time:

 

• We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• During high festive periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified via email/SMS in case of any delays.

 

🚛 Shipping Time:

 

• Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days depending on your location, product category, and courier service availability.

 

🔍 Tracking:

 

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment in real time.

 

📦 Packaging:

 

• All products are packed with eco-conscious and protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

• For delicate products like Ganpati Murtis, we take extra care during packaging and handling to minimize damage.
